Stereoscopic precision microscope

The stereoscopic precision microscope can control brightness and illumination, and is designed for observing the surface of coatings during experiments.

■ 2x or 4x magnification

■ Stereoscopic images without shadow illumination

■ Suitable for ergonomic work positions

Operation steps:

-Insert the test panel into the C-shaped opening of the instrument

-Clamp the test strip

-Start the cup protrusion and observe the process through a microscope

-Push the spherical punch into the test plate at a constant speed (0.2mm/sec)

-Immediately stop the front top of the punch when * cracks in the paint are observed

-Read the depth value of the cup protrusion on the digital display

-Conduct at least 3 tests on a test panel
